A Flagship Training Experience for the ICCA Association Circle

For the first time, Copenhagen Risk Navigator – International Strategies and Tools for Business Events will take centre stage as part of this new initiative, bringing cutting-edge risk intelligence, practical tools, and expert insight to Frankfurt. This learning experience draws on two groundbreaking studies led by the Copenhagen Convention Bureau: The Copenhagen Risk Assessment White Paper from 2023 and the Copenhagen Risk Navigator – International Strategies & Tools for Business Events 2026 developed in partnership with global risk experts FERMA and RIMS.


Purpose of the Session: What's in it for you

We aim to support our members in strengthening their understanding of global risk trends, core risk management principles, and practical strategies across the meetings and congress industry ecosystem. The session seeks to elevate

industry-wide risk management capabilities by introducing relevant tools that enable the planning and delivery of resilient, successful events and sustainable long-term business collaboration.

The workshop will share key insights and findings from the Copenhagen Risk Navigator – International Strategies and Tools for Business Events and introduce practical, tailor-made risk management tools designed specifically for the congress and meetings industry. The session will be engaging and interactive.
